Our Return Policy
We at Old Firehouse Books place great value on customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer three options for our return policy.
1. If you return your book or call us to let us know that you need to return your book within 24 hours, we can refund the full amount of your purchase.
2. After 24 hours, if the book is in pristine condition and we have a receipt, we can offer in-store credit in exchange for your book.
3. If the book has been read, its condition has changed, or it has been some time since it was purchased, we can take your book back according to our trade policy, offering 25% of the book's value in trade credit to use in the store.
