Autoimmune: The Cause and the Cure Start: 11:00 am Old Firehouse Books is excited to welcome back local author Kristin Urdiales. She will be here on Saturday the 25th to educate us on her book, Autoimmune: The Cause and the Cure. Learn more about the causes and cures for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Rosacea, Type 2 Diabetes among others. Urdiales will also host a how-to session on making your own home cooked sauerkraut, one of the miracle cures listed in her book. Be sure to join us to get your copy of Autoimmune: The Cause and the Cure and meet author Kristin Urdiales.
